Meet Vince Dempsey – Principal Broker for NS, Shoreline Mortgages

Welcome! I’m Vince Dempsey, the Principal Broker of Shoreline Mortgages in Nova Scotia. With over 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve built a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and innovative problem-solving solutions. My goal is to help clients navigate the mortgage process with clarity and confidence.

I hold a Marketing degree from Saint Mary’s University and an LLQP Insurance license, equipping me with a solid foundation in financial services and strategic planning. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, creating personalized strategies to meet their unique needs.

Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler who loves exploring new places and embracing new experiences. I have a keen interest in art, yoga, history, and architectural design—creative pursuits that inspire my approach to life and work. Staying active at the gym is one of my passions, and I enjoy keeping up with the latest trends in health and fitness.

However, my proudest accomplishment is being a full-time father to my son. Despite overcoming many challenges, including mental disabilities, he continues to inspire me every day. I’m incredibly proud that he will be attending Dalhousie University for Mechanical Engineering in September 2025 to pursue his passion to become a Robotics Engineer.
